Customer Terms & Conditions
Travel Finance: By becoming a member of Travelencia, you will
gain access to our consumer benefits, which includes travel
financing. The travel financing service is NOT a line of credit or
credit card. There is no cash value or cash-advance value. Not all
vacations qualify for Travel Financing. Members have the option to
use the travel finance service, but it is not mandatory to use the
travel financing to receive the V.I.P member benefits.
Here's how the Travel Financing works:

Use our online Travel
Portal to research pricing, accommodations, and vacation destinations.

Plan the details of your vacation prior to
contacting customer service.

Call our Worldwide Travel Customer Service.

Customer Service will work within your budget to get you
the best travel deals available.

Customer
Service will provide you the Terms & Payment Conditions required to
finance your vacation package.

Your final
payment will be due approximately 30 days prior to departure.
Be sure to ask for the Travel Protection
"Cancel for Any Reason" Insurance.

Renewal
Conditions: By becoming a member of Travelencia, you are authorizing
Travelencia to bill your credit card account for the plan you have selected.
This charge shall remain in force until you notify Travelencia in writing of
its cancellation. By joining, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions
of the plan. This plan will automatically renew every month and your credit
card will be automatically charged for the appropriate amount.
Termination Conditions:
Travelencia
reserves the right to terminate any enrollment or deny eligibility in the
program for lack of payment to our company, its affiliates or its contracted
networks. Denial by the member’s credit card company for payment of the
periodic program fee is deemed evidence of non-payment by a member. There
will be a ten dollar $10.00 charge to be reinstated in the program after
such denial. If reinstatement for non-payment happens more than once, a
$20.00 reinstatement fee applies
Cancellation & Refund Conditions: You have 3 days from the date you
join to use the plan risk-free. Due to the nature of our business and
providing immediate access to our services, no refunds will be issued past
the 3 day trial. If for some reason within 3 days you are dissatisfied with
the plan and wish to cancel and obtain a refund of any membership fees paid,
please send a cancellation letter and a request for refund with your name
and member ID number to Customer Service at
support@travelencia.com Please
allow up to 2 days for refund processing.
Complaint Procedure: If you would like to file a complaint or
grievance regarding your plan membership, you must submit your grievance in
writing to support@travelencia.com
